I started work on a CNC milling machine project. The body will be made of plywood.
As a guide I used supported shafts fi 12.
The CNC spindle is ER11 Chuck CNC 400W. The milling machine is to be used for cutting in plywood.
Where could I find information, how can I calculate the required torque of the stepper motor by knowing the weight of the gate?
