Can anyone share any ideas on how to expose the BME280 sensor so that it can operate for long periods of time outdoors, i.e. reasonably protect it from the elements while not sealing it so that it can read humidity and pressure correctly?

I have my sensor (BME180) encased in a radiation housing but unfortunately if the humidity is higher than 95% for several tens of hours the sensor goes crazy and shows strange readings.

How do I secure the BME280 sensor outdoors to measure humidity and pressure?
