    Hello
I have 6 of these receivers with individual remotes, they are about 7 years old, and have been controlling the opening and closing of the tilt windows in the office for 7 years. Their disadvantage is the loss of programming of the remotes, every now and then they stop seeing their remote. I am ruling out weak batteries in the remote control, this happens after a 230V power failure, but out of a group of 6, for example one loses contact and not always....
Has anyone dealt with this control and knows the construction of the receiver - does it have e.g. a battery maintaining the memory (7 years ...) or possibly a capacitor (7 years may have lost its parameters)?
The situation is problematic in that so far two drives have been taken apart unnecessarily by resourceful young angry people and I have had to reassemble them (a cuckoo clock is no big deal compared to this drive). Now they know that all they have to do is detach them from the window and tape them up, but that doesn't solve the problem in the long run....
    Greetings. J.
