Hi. I have facade blinds with somfy control, for this I have a 16 channel remote control, all wireless on RTS. My two 1810802 receivers in two windows have died, they do not respond to the remote . After swapping from another window the drives work.
I called Somfy and they told me to do a sequence like this, power off for 2s, then on for 10s, off for 2s and on. Apparently with this sequence the receiver restarts. After this procedure still nothing , the remote control when trying to program it does not see this receiver. Do you have any experience with these receivers or has anyone had a similar problem????
