    Welcome,

I am the owner of 7 ARZ Z-Wave roller shutters from Fakro for roof windows. I use a ZWP10 remote control to control them. This remote control has the ability to program the roller blinds in groups so that with one button I can open several roller blinds at the same time. Unfortunately, one of the roller blinds, while being added to the group (it adds itself without any problems), hangs up when a command is issued from the remote control, the LEDs on the roller blind's P and Arrows cassette are on continuously and the roller blind does not react to further commands. Only disconnecting the power supply and reconnecting it restores the roller shutter to the correct state. However, issuing another command suspends it again.
Interestingly, if I program the roller shutter into the remote control as a single control, then it works without a problem - it doesn't hang up.
I thought it might be a remote control problem and purchased the latest ZRH12 however the same thing happens on it.
I have written to the Fakro service on this issue - however to date I have not received a response.
Maybe someone on the forum has had this problem and can suggest how to solve it?

    Greetings

    Dear Sir,

Both the ZWP10 remote control and the ZRH12 remote control have group control capabilities for ARZ Z-Wave roller shutters. The description of the signaling indicates resetting of the roller shutter controller. Such a situation occurs when a greater number of roller shutters (more than 2pcs) connected to one Fakro power supply of 60W are controlled. The demand for one roller shutter is approx. 25W. The question then arises: how many roller shutters are connected to one power supply?

    Welcome,

I am using a ZZ60h power supply to power my blinds and according to the information on the Fakro website: https://www.fakro.pl/okna-dachowe/sterowanie-elektryczne/zasilacze/ I have 2pcs of blinds connected on one such power supply.
Are you suggesting that I rewire the problematic roller shutter to a separate power supply?

I would just like to add that another pair of roller shutters in another room is connected on one ZZ60h and works in a group without any problem.

Could it be that this problematic roller shutter is putting more strain on the power supplies at start-up than the others?

    Regards
