Control of INEL roller shutters by Broadlink RM PRO+ - Pairing problem

Hi

I wanted to control my roller shutters remotely from a distance.
I have purchased a broatlink RM PRO+.
The device reads the PIL-19PM remote controls, but when I put "v" and "^" into pairing mode, the roller shutters do not pair with the broadlink. It is as if they do not see the signal from the broadlink.

I checked with E-Control and ihc for EU software.

My second idea is maybe domoticz+ arduino + receivers/transmitters and RFlink
Has anyone reworked this on Inel controllers ?

I fitted the Inel blinds today and wanted to pair with Broadlink but unfortunately to no avail :/.
