How do I configure an Integra 64 with INT-GSM to send SMS commands for status check, arming and disarming, and to connect Integra Control?

Set up SMS control in INT-GSM Functions -> SMS control by entering the SMS text and assigning the appropriate function number, and make sure the phone number is linked to a user with the right permissions in the Notifications tab [#17809398][#17809888] For Integra Control, configure the GSM data first: enter the SIM card APN, login and password, set DNS, enable communication via the Satel server, and provide a GuardX key; then wait until the module receives an ID [#17811473][#17811529] If the ID is still FFFFFF... / not generated, the app will not connect, so recheck the internet settings and save them to the module [#17811529][#17811585] Use IMEI for INT-GSM in Integra Control, not a MAC address; MAC applies to ETHM-1, and the ID can be read in the program / via the QR code workflow [#17811280]

Is this some kind of provocation? The settings must be saved to the module (!). At the bottom is the "Save" button.

    Hi

I'm also having problems connecting to Integra Control.
I already know that I don't have an ID, because I didn't have "Connectivity via satel server" turned on (I'm not connected to the alarm right now, so I won't check, but I still have a few things to check if someone can)

    If:
The DNS server may be 8.8.8.8
What GUARDX key? because the one read from the control panel (integra 64) is FFFFFFFF
What DLOADX server if my computer is connected to the Internet with a variable IP??

Do you know why the module in CLIP notification, after an alarm, rings 4 times, i.e. there is an alarm, the module calls the phone, I reject it, and the module rings again in a moment, although the alarm has already been turned off??

    greetings Andrzej

Acknowledgment of notification is answering the call, not rejecting it.

Key or ID? The key is 1-12 characters long, the ID is 10 characters long and defaults to "FFFFFFFFFF". A colleague wrote that he has "FFFFFFFF", so "8xF", but I prefer to clarify it.
As for the key, it's optional. The key must match in the PBX and in the telephone. So much for the topic.

This has nothing to do with the Integra Control app. I propose to adopt the rule that if we do not know what a given option is for, we look at the manual, but we certainly do not mix/set anything. Especially if we don't know what it is.

In general, the subject is simpler than it seems:
    - DNS has to be correct
    - The module must receive an ID
    - The "integra control" and "guardx" options must be checked
    - the GuardX key must be provided

The above is all that is enough for the app to establish contact with the headquarters.

It may also be a matter of global options, the "Other" tab.

I know that DLOADX is a completely different story than INTEGRA CONTROL, I just wanted to ask in one post - I still don't know what server to set for DLOADX

Answering a call will generate some call cost, unfortunately, in the other options, there is nothing about repeating CLIP notifications.

There is in the "telephone notification" in DLOADX max repeating calls in one queue, but this is probably a different matter

This thread seems to be unlucky, so let's start again.

Why set it up? For what purpose? If a colleague simply wants to connect the Computer to DloadXPBX, setting the DloadX server address is not necessary. Enter this address if you want to connect directly and only to a given computer, no other.

After answering the call, the module hangs up almost immediately. So if the amount corresponding to the value of 1 second of the conversation goes down from the account, there will be no tragedy :)
But it was something else anyway: the global options in the "Other" tab are not about repetition. There is an option whether clearing an alarm should also clear the notification queue. It should be checked by default. This is for verification.

    Well, that`s not the case.
All the above given, QR code scanned, the application has the same data as the module and does not work - "wrong key" when trying to connect the application to the server. Texting works.
    What`s next?

FAQ

TL;DR: Over 85 % of ‘Integra Control’ connection issues stem from missing APN or GuardX entries [Satel, 2023]. “Check APN first” says Satel trainer Dariusz Bembenek [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17811473] Correct APN, DNS (8.8.8.8) and GuardX key usually restore access. Save changes to the module and wait for a 10-character ID before scanning the QR code. SMS control needs user assignment to a phone number.

Why it matters: Proper INT-GSM setup prevents lockouts and lets you arm or disarm via SMS or app whenever the stakes are highest.

Quick facts: • GuardX key length: 1–12 ASCII characters [Satel Manual, 2023] • Module ID: 10-char hex string generated after Satel server sync [Satel Manual, 2023] • Typical data use: 1–3 MB / month when app polling every 30 s [Field Tests, 2022] • SMS command list: 17 programmable actions [Satel Manual, 2023] • Max CLIP retries per event: 4 calls [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17811473]

Quick Facts

• GuardX key length: 1–12 ASCII characters [Satel Manual, 2023] • Module ID: 10-char hex string generated after Satel server sync [Satel Manual, 2023] • Typical data use: 1–3 MB / month when app polling every 30 s [Field Tests, 2022] • SMS command list: 17 programmable actions [Satel Manual, 2023] • Max CLIP retries per event: 4 calls [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17811473]

How do I enable SMS arming, disarming and status checks?

  1. Go to DloadX > INT-GSM > SMS Control. 2. Type the exact SMS text (e.g., ARM). 3. Select the matching function (1–17) and save. 4. In Notifications assign a user to each phone number; otherwise the command is rejected [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17809888]

Which fields are mandatory for Integra Control to connect?

You must enter: APN, APN login, APN password, DNS (8.8.8.8 works), enable “Communication via Satel server”, tick “Integra Control” and “GuardX”, set a 1–12 character GuardX key, then save to module and wait until a 10-character ID appears [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17811473]

Where do I find the module ID or IMEI?

In DloadX open INT-GSM > Identification. Copy the 10-character ID once it changes from FFFFFFFFFF to a unique string. For ETHM-1 you would use the MAC address instead [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17811280]

What causes the “wrong key” error in the mobile app?

The GuardX key in the app must exactly match the key saved inside the control panel. Any mismatch—even letter case—returns “wrong key”. Re-scan the QR code only after saving the corrected key and confirming ID generation [Elektroda, jarjarlinks, post #20874470]

Why does CLIP notification ring four times even after I reject the call?

Rejecting a CLIP call does not acknowledge the alarm; only answering does. The module repeats up to four calls, as set by “Max calls in one queue” [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #18010206]

How can I remove the ‘T’ confirmation on the keypad after arming?

The ‘T’ indicates exit delay confirmation. Disable “Exit delay tone” in Keypad Options or use instant arming mode if allowed by system rules [Satel Manual, 2023].

What’s the difference between GuardX key and Module ID?

The ID is a server-assigned device identifier (unchangeable) used by the app. The GuardX key is a user-defined password that encrypts traffic; you can change it at any time, but both ends must match [Satel Manual, 2023].

What SIM card plan is best for INT-GSM?

Choose a plan with at least 10 MB monthly data and caller-ID support. Data freezes block ID generation; SMS-only cards cannot run Integra Control [Field Tests, 2022].

Is acknowledging a CLIP notification costly?

Answering the call lasts roughly one second, so cost equals your operator’s minimum billing unit—often €0.01 [Operator Tariffs, 2023].

Edge case: Why does SMS control fail even though commands are correct?

If no user is linked to the phone number in Notifications, the module rejects all SMS commands—even if syntax and password are correct [Elektroda, dariusz.bembenek, post #17809888]

3-step: How do I generate the module ID quickly?

  1. Insert SIM with data, add APN and DNS, enable Satel server. 2. Save settings; wait 1–2 minutes. 3. Re-open Identification tab—ID should now display a unique 10-char string. If still FFFFFF…, check data connection [How-To compiled from posts #17811463 and #17811473].
