Hello, I have a project to control car park lighting on an Eaton XC-303 and four XV-102 touch panels.
As I haven't dealt with the subject of light yet and for programming I need Codesys, which is not free this question:
What can I replace the Eaton with to minimise costs?
You need 69 outputs to drive and a minimum of the same number of inputs. Some scenes will need to be done on the panels.

The market is now full of companies offering controllers from the Far East at reasonable prices.
The software is usually free of charge.

Another cheap PLC that comes to mind is WAGO. But it too needs codesys
I think you will have to get one somewhere though

    Delta, Fatek, Wecon.

All of these companies also have panels at reasonable prices (Fatek is Multiprojekt so Weintek).

They all have free software for PLC and panels.

The application is of the genre that does not take up device memory and designer time.

edit: that Eaton controller is some big fly cannon
