    Hello,
I have fitted a couple of Shelly relays at my place, including two Shelly 2.5 relays.
One shows the current consumption and the other unfortunately does not.
What could be the cause (maybe some mundane mounting mistake?).

    Greetings,
    Chrisjan

The problem may be in the resolution -my 2.5 shows 10W for two LED lights and 0W for one light -maybe you have a current draw below the lowest measurable reading?

I sent it back to the shop under warranty - they replaced it with a new one.
