Hi guys, I have a serious problem with the connection of some Krispol roller shutters with a Starcus motor (radio-controlled by remote control). The problem is that there are 5x1.5 going from the roller shutters: L-main power, N-neutral, L-bottom (fiolter), L-top (red) and PE. In contrast, 4x1.5 YDY + ytdy 8x0.5 - not used - enter the box from the switchboard. Ultimately, the roller shutters are to be lowered when the alarm is armed (seasonal cottage). The roller shutters are radio-controlled from a remote control, but will also be primarily controlled by SATEL's INT-ORS.
At first the roller shutters were not to be there, then there was a change, nobody knew what wires to run and as a result I found the following situation:
How to connect Krispol roller shutters with the Starcus motor to INT-ORS without a single wire? .
The main problem was that one wire was missing and how to splice it sensibly and SAFELY!
I came up with this: (correct me if I am thinking wrong): bridge PE of roller shutters to ytda 3pcs x 0,5 >then in the switchboard connect each of the roller shutters to a separate RCBO for example, but put a 230V contactor behind them in case there is a potential on the wire then the controlled auxiliary contact would remove the voltage in the roller shutter?
It's too far away to run PE from other boxes or lamps and rip up so many walls.
I also wouldn't want to fit relays in the boxes as they will be plastered deep - crooked walls.
Day 3 of thinking about this and even in my dreams I can't think of anything safer.

    What do you guys think?

Either relays in the boxes or a lot of wireless roller shutter systems have modules to control the roller shutters wirelessly via, for example, a control panel.

This is what I want to do. The roller shutters are controlled from a remote control and that works nicely. But in addition I would still like them to be controlled from the SATEL panel, but to do this I have no way of protecting the roller shutters from shock. So the question is whether my concept seems sensible in the absence of a fifth wire (wire, copper - 1.5mm2)

I don't think we understand each other, check whether there are any modules for your roller shutter system which you feed with a contact e.g. from the control panel and this module radio-commands the roller shutters.

The other option is to move the controllers from the roller shutters to the switchboard if you do not have laid cables from roller shutter to roller shutter.

No, no mate. These motors have wireless modules built into the motor itself. Each roller shutter connects directly to the master remote control as soon as it is paired by switching off the voltage twice and a button combination on the master remote control. Apart from that, there is only the COSMO control unit in its entirety, but nothing "indirect".

Not built into the motor but a controller built into the roller shutter cassette. They fit different manufacturers to these roller shutters, I was in contact with mobilus which they build into the same roller shutters and there is a c-ar module for control from the control panel, they also fit somfy and there is also a similar module, I don't know how starcus has it because I wasn't in contact.

You are right, everything sits in the box, not in the motor as such. Nevertheless, the wires are already sunk into the walls and only come out in the boxes. In starcus it looks like this:

    .
Cosmo is a Mobilus control panel, if it works with your roller shutters then the Mobilus C-AR controller will also work.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting Krispol roller shutters equipped with Starcus motors to a SATEL INT-ORS control panel without using a fifth wire. The user faces challenges due to the existing wiring configuration, which includes L-main power, N-neutral, L-bottom, L-top, and PE wires, while lacking a necessary wire for proper integration. Suggestions include utilizing wireless modules for control, moving controllers to the switchboard, and exploring compatibility with existing control systems. The Starcus motors have built-in wireless modules, and alternative control options like the Mobilus C-AR controller are mentioned for potential integration.
