I bought the xiaomi purifier 2 air purifier EU version and it's nice it laughs with the Mi Home app.
I'm interested in the whole kits but I don't know what to choose mijia gateway or aqara and whether EU or China version because I'm worried about regionalization?
The mijia kits don't have, for example, temperature sensors, can you plug in the ones from aqara or will they not work and vice versa?
Another question is whether the same sensor communicating with the gateway via zigbee, e.g. the one for China, will not communicate with the EU gateway.

I decided to buy the Chinese version because it supports a myriad of sensors.
I just don't know yet Mija v2 or Aquara.
Aquara is newer and certainly does not support mija round sensors.
Mija v2 is older and it may be that something is also suddenly withdrawn.

After 3 months, I can share my thoughts on the kit.
    1. the Xiaomi Gateway 2 China version
    2. the Aqara wireless switch
    3. the Aqara door and window sensor
    4. Honeywell smoke detector
These 4 pieces of equipment work cool I have no objections
Now the ones that cause problems from the least annoying.
    5) Aqara motion detector OK in general, but it has a delay of 2 minutes, you have to wake it up or re-solder the guts.
    6. Aqara temperature, humidity and pressure sensor generally OK, but when the gate power is out you have to manually chase them to cooperate :-/.
    7. Yeelight bulb controllable brightness here mainly disadvantages very poor zigbee range wall is not passable when motion sensor in the same place chases without problem. After power failure it turns on and no longer goes off even when it has logic on for 2min of operation.
    8. the Xiaofang camera (I ordered a second one because maybe there is something wrong with this one) terribly poor quality of recording on SD the image itself for viewing is very good. Unfortunately Chinese servers respond slowly which is reflected in the speed of operation. Often loses connection to wifi. I changed the firmware to Xiaofang Hack and got a lot of features, but the camera often crashed and did not support fullHD recording to a card OK but also liked to fall into space to this lag even on tinycam in the local network. Wifi I checked on 2 different ubiquiti same thing maybe it has problems with WPA2.

In summary 50% satisfaction. Due to lack of time I didn't test the integration with home assistant, but it's unlikely to change anything because the server chats with the gateway.
I trust a few sonoffs and my arduino sculptures more than xiaomi. It can't be that something won't work or will work indefinitely pouring over the logic and the whole smart. It's nice that jet zigbee, but that doesn't make up for a lot of bugs.
