    Hello,

I am considering the choice of automation for a newly built house.

Can you give some disadvantages - advantages of the indicated producers?

I am still before an electrician at home (in spring) and I wonder if I need to choose a specific system now?

I have been to construction fairs and I can say from observations that Nexwell, Ampio, Grenton are leaders in this market in Silesia and Lesser Poland.

Do you have any opinions, types?

ArtyONE, as if I had installed a decent German KNX.

Of those Polish companies that you mention, only Grenton makes sense - but you know, it's a Polish product ... who knows, maybe in a few years they will be able to somehow catch up with the Germans, but still, still.

Anyway, the most important thing is to think carefully about what you want to do with it, how to prepare the cabling and what you want to integrate with. In the second step, he made a budget so that it would not turn out well planned, but would run out of funds.

It's nice that you don't ask about radio toys, because that would be the biggest mistake people are making more and more often. They build houses for 300-500 thousand. zlotys, and then they figure out how to control the light in the kitchen with toys from an alibaba for 20 zlotys. It's strange that children don't want to go to school on scooters twisted in the barn ;) - because it's probably such a good comparison.

If you think about the Polish system, I would choose Grenton. I have been with me for 3 years, no problems, they are constantly developing products and functionalities.
If something more expensive from outside Poland is KNX or Loxone. Certainly, as someone above wrote, do not go into the wireless.

And I have had Nexo for 6 years and I sincerely recommend it. I also know Grenton. If everything is to be in one - full gif - Nexo (even an alarm, own video intercom is integrated). And all of this for a fraction of the KNX price. If it is to be a little "more modest" and cheaper, it is Grenton. Either way, it is worth installing a home automation system, neither of these two options will disappoint you, but it will give you a lot of joy and pleasure.
