I have a newly built building with a utility loft. The electrical system is in a star-shaped arrangement, does everything spread from a central switchboard. I seemingly didn't want to do a smart home, but it's better to pull cables now than regret it later. From such a system I would expect:
- control of blinds/roller shutters based on a sun sensor
-lighting control (remote on/off)
-Some sort of integration of a video intercom
-control of mechanical ventilation
-control of heating - gas boiler
-I don't know what the point of controlling sockets is if you can cut the power at the distribution board throughout the house - please give me ideas
I already have monitoring separately hikvision. Internet will be done on ubiquiti.
What about the alarm system - better to do it separately?
What system do you recommend? I mean a "professional" system not domoticz type. I want to put the blocks together and make it work. Also, if I have a choice, it is better to support Polish companies. So far I liked the system of the grenton company.
