Hi, I bought a GTZ03 head under Sanico/Polux branding and the external access and functions work ok but the Tuya app does not see it when creating automation and Tap to run! It shows in the list all devices except this head. So de facto this hardware is completely unusable for me. I reported this to tuya support and they claim that it is up to the manufacturer to decide if the hardware works with scenes.... This is strange because the review of this head I think we all know, under the brand name probably Saswell SEA802, explicitly mentions the possibility of scenes, scenarios etc. Anyone have any suggestions on this? Or buy a head under a different branding?
The Zigbee gateway I am using is Lidl (silvercrest)

Same with me. Two heads, two different gateways, pairing several times - all to no avail. Automation cannot be applied, because the Tuya Smart app simply does not see these heads in the automation and Tap-to-Run tabs. This is strange, because the head is in principle shown in Tuya Smart and can be controlled.
I have written to the distributor. We will see if and how he replies. I will give info then.

I know it's been a year since the previous posts. I bought 7 of these sanico heads (GTZ03 or SEA802) and have no problems with automation in Tuya. For more hitting this thread, I will write that the head grouping is hidden in the head settings where the open window mode. The bad reviews about the large head hysteresis of /- 1.5 degrees are confirmed. I am thickly considering whether to buy a thermometer and control the reading from it, or return these heads.

Hey. How do you end up with these heads? Are you using or have you returned them? A friend of mine is praising them and I'm considering whether to buy them.

I gave the heads away and bought a Honeywell EVOHOME system. It was a better choice for my needs.

Ok. But from what I did a quick check, it's a different price shelf.
