Setting the scene in Smart Life: Tuya Zigbee thermostatic head TER01 and WiFi thermometer

Hello I have a problem setting up a scene in smart life. I have a tuya zigbee thermostatic head ter01 and a wifi thermometer. I have set the scene so that if the temperature on the thermometer drops below 19 degrees the thermostatic heater starts heating, if the temperature is above 20 degrees the thermostatic heater stops heating. Currently the thermometer reads 18.5 degrees and the thermostatic heater does not respond. What am I doing wrong?
