Good afternoon.
I have made buffers in the basement to store hot water for heating. The buffers are heated with heaters that run on "cheap" current tariffs. The heaters are switched on via smart life sockets. I would need to make some cheap temperature sensors with a range of up to 100st C. which will send me data to the Smart live cloud (with the sensors I do not need a display). The sensors available on the market are up to about 60st C. or they are expensive. I have purchased a NodeMCU v3 ESP8266 and DS18B20 sensors. Is it possible to combine these without using an Arduino? I'll add that there is a lot of this on the web mostly relay control and I'm a bit lost on this. Maybe someone has some ideas or links?
