Remember, if you will be further expanding your installation with modules that communicate through the wi-fi network, this can cause a very large load on the router due to the sending and receiving a very large number of small data packets, the so-called polling. With a few devices is ok, but if you want to expand the installation with a dozen or more devices, it can become a problem.

I bought the above mentioned socket, it connected without any problem. I have no plans to expand... maybe I will still buy a desk lamp. I have a Huawei B818 router so several devices are not a problem.

Over 40 wifi devices on two APs pose no problem for me.
