    Could someone help verify the reason why Windows can't see the PCB?

    The board contains the schematic below:
    ESP32 with CH340 on PCB - no recognition by Windows, diagram .

    Windows cannot see the board, CH340 drivers are installed:

    All in all you are right there is a difference in the icon. I'll check tomorrow if it sees it in the COM ports.

    Only problem is deeper, because the Arduino IDE does not see the ESP32 board. Is it necessary to install the "Additional URLs" files for this or should it also see without?

    There is very poor internet there and the installation ended negatively. However, the important thing for me is that when I import it I will have a working board. Is there any option to move the folder containing the ESP32 tiles?
    At my place, for example, there is no such folder as arduino/hardware/espressif/esp32 there is only a link given, where can these files be and will it give anything to move them?
