ESP8266MOD Will not work (computer detects as unknown device)

Hello I bought myself a few weeks ago on AlliExpres something like this: ESP8266MOD (Wifi module)
I found an interesting tutorial on how to make such a thing for interference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKOoGRGFVzo&t=1s
I wanted to test it on my network out of curiosity how it works and if it (works)
unfortunately
after plugging it into the PC I can't do Flash from what I write the computer doesn't recognise this device.
I don't know where to download the drivers from.
If anyone knows please help.
