I'm building myself a software LED control on a Raspberry, via a PWM driver and darlingtons. Structurally uncomplicated. The problem arose when testing "will it work over a 30m cable" for which I am using ordinary UTP twisted pair, unshielded. Obviously, if the PWM signal is not 100% filled, the adjacent twisted pair wires are peed on and the LEDs glow slightly (which was to be expected). As there is not a lot of experience in cable selection, maybe you can advise something. :please:. Basically I need a cable with which I could transmit 24V PWM and some two 3V3 or 5V signals, maybe 1Wire. I know there are twisted pair shielded cables but I have not been able to find this in less than a kilometre. The idea is to run one multi-conductor cable rather than several separate ones. Does anyone recommend any particular cable for such applications not for millions?

This cable I'm using is just CAT5e - in my humble opinion there should be a cable with shielded pairs for this. And that's what I can't find...

Search under U/FTP (each pair separately shielded) or F/FTP (each pair separately shielded in addition the whole thing is also shielded) they are sold by the metre.

The use of FTP cable, i.e. with shielded (foiled) pairs of wires.
