I bought 2 x 3 Gang Smart Wifi RF433 Smart Switch from AliExpress a year ago. It used TW-03 chip, based on Winner Micro W600, I have to desolder to upload OpenBK7231 firmware.

I traced on PCB with multimeters to get some info but still not enough

JG905R: don't know what is this? Google has no info
    no name: still don't know?

This is how I set up after uploading firmware:
    PB8: Relay1
    PB18: Relay2
    PB15: Relay3

    PB10: WifiLED 1 RED
    PB11: WifiLED_n 1 / BlueLED

    PB16: Button 1
    PA5: Button 2
    PB13: Button 3

Switch runs ok with this config, but sometimes it hangs up when pushing Button 1 On then Off, sometimes it has ghost switch itself, automatic turn on and then turn off.
    Any ideas?

I have one of these too that I bought more recently. It looks identical, but it has an ESP chip inside, so it's not relevant to this forum...
Mine is the version with no separate neutral line, it uses a capacitor wired across the light bulb to power the device.

Well, to be honest, our teardowns list includes ESP (but not by default):

No-neutral devices are very interesting. I have been reverse-engineering such devices in the past and have drawn schematics.
They are most likely not translated to English yet, but with Google Translate, here is an example topic:

At the bottom of the post you have schematic (in English).

I have also drawn schematics for dimmers, if you are interested how they work. Example is at the bottom of this topic:
