    Hello
I have three Heidenfeld radiant heaters controlled by the Tuya app.
Each radiant heater comes with a thermosensor, according to me a radio connection. A very similar design of temperature and humidity sensors are on a popular shop with an annoying song. Connection type. Zigbee protocol, WiFi connection. I assume it is similar here.
The problem is that in the app, each radiator shows a fixed 16°C, no matter how many degrees there are in the house.
    How to figure this out?
In no way does the Tuya app see this sensor, I assume it should connect to the radiant. The radiator, on the other hand, transmits information via the app.
Not having the sensor configured does not allow me to use the radiant properly, it is useless. Because it will play the desired temperature indefinitely, without being disconnected.
The shop cannot help, they claim they will contact the Germans.
    It takes them a week.

    Please help, cheers Filip.

The instructions say nothing about the sensor configuration. Only that it is supposed to be at a radius of up to five metres, it is at a distance of one metre.

Not enough data mate you are providing.
The full name of the panel.
This thermosensor probably has a symbol too.
Furthermore, ZigBee is a 433MHz radio transmission.
ZigBee devices usually state that a "ZigBee control panel" (i.e. an interface from 433 MHz radio to WiFi) is needed for WiFi.

Example description of some ZigBee device:
E.g: ZigBee TUYA LCD humidity temperature sensor.
    .........
Application: Tuya or Smart Life (ZigBee control panel required for operation - also available from us)
    .

    Above example from: https://www.rtx24.pl/czujnik-temperatury-wilgotnosci-zigbee-tuya-lcd-p-424.html

Example control panel from this page: TuyA Smart Life ZigBee Wifi gateway control panel

    Hello, Mr Zdzisław,

Unfortunately, the sensor has no designation....
The model of the radiant heater is HF-HP106-2.
While the Tuya and derived apps add a radiant heater, the temp in each room shows rigidly 16°C.
In my opinion, this sensor should automatically connect to the radiant, and then the radiant sends information to the app.
The infrared heater is connected via the home WiFi network.
According to the instructions, when pairing the infrared with the app, the sensor is supposed to be up to five metres from the infrared and that's it....
Yesterday, I tried to add this sensor separately, category sensors and for every possible option. No effect. The sensor has no pairing button.
There is also no marking, pathetic.... :( .

It's probably just as you think - the pairing of the sensor with the panel is missing.

    here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkAjj4ORLZY
is shown pairing with another sensor (but this one has a pairing button).

Is it the same on this panel of yours (led red and green - which indicates connection - as it is).

I'm assuming there is some pairing time initially after inserting the battery into the sensor.
I assume that similarly the panel after switching on and not finding the sensor is also some time ready for pairing.
Maybe if these two times occur simultaneously then the devices will pair.

If this is the case then there could be two versions of sensor pairing.
    1. panel - looking for a sensor to pair with
Remove the battery in the sensor.
    Switch on the panel.
Insert the batteries in the sensor.

    2. sensor is looking for a device to pair with
    Switch off the panel.
Remove the batteries wait a moment and insert the batteries into the sensor.
Switch on the panel immediately afterwards and maybe they will pair then

    A third possibility.
The sensors are paired at the factory and only the sensor is unpowered.
Is there a battery in it ?
Maybe there is an insulating ribbon under the battery that needs to be removed.

    Welcome,

The sensors had to be opened, this information was not in the instructions, and batteries had to be inserted, which were also not in the kit. Subject to be closed.

Thank you for your valuable advice.
