LED dimming with DALI power supply: Phase control using Sonoff for bell switch

Hi,

I have power supplies installed in LED luminaires that operate on the DALI system. They have a phase change dimming option. Can I use one of the Sonoffs to connect it in such a way that I can change the light intensity with a bell switch?

Something that works on the principle of Casambi or Osram DALI BT Control.
