I have another smart device for the templates database. Is the Smart power plug from HEMA (Netherlands) with BK7231T (WB2S).
To take the PCB out, I desoldered the marked locations:
For the second outlet I chose not to remove the PCB and to program it by scratching the via/track I marked in the photo:
