Hi. I would like to install some Zigbee switches and dimmers in a completed installation.
1. Dimmers on the staircase circuit
While I see no problem with regular switches, I have a problem with the dimmer on the staircase switch. I know that it can be done so that I insert a sub-dimmer into the main switch and the second switch only works on/off. Is it possible to insert Zigbee dimmers into two switches on a staircase circuit and pair them in a gateway so that I can manually dim one switch and the other?
2. Manufacturer
I have found reviews that Aqara makes better equipment than Tuya and in particular more compatible with the Apple HomeKit which I would like. Unfortunately, taking into account point no. 1, I could not find any Aqara dimmers, only Tuya. Will the Tuya dimmers work with the Aqara gateway or have I searched incorrectly and are there Aqara add-on dimmers?
