Hi. I bought roller shutter controllers on WiFi and connected them to Tuya. After calibration when using it, the maximum opening point shifts. I think it's because I only have one time in Tuya, and there should be separate times for opening and separate times for closing. Is there any way around this? Some settings in Tuya or custom firmware? I am attaching pictures.

I know it's a reheated chop, but maybe you can figure out :) .
I have the same problem as you with the TUYA controller. Will it be possible to solve the problem?
If there are other drivers that will embrace the problem, I may change the system. Fortunately I bought 1 driver for testing.

As for the tuya itself, I have not been able to solve it. I don't know how people use it. On the other hand, I have uploaded esphome to this driver. There you can already set whatever your heart desires.

I'll see if I can upload the firmware. Because I have glass touch switches with integrated Tuya.
I'll read if the firmware will approach them - hopefully, because it's impossible to live like this :) .

Glad it solved the problem for you. That is, it is possible to set two separate opening and closing times, something I have been missing for a few months.

I had sonoff glass switches and also switched to esphome because there were problems with the app not working, but that was a couple of years ago. I just don't know if esphome will work without homeassistant.

This problem is solved by the Shelly Gen3 doped cubes. They calibrate automatically after detecting the loss of current flow caused by the cut-off. Percentage tilt then works without a problem. They also detect obstructions based on a rise in current, which we can of course define for ourselves.

I am struggling with the configuration of ESPHome on my roller shutter controller.
I am having trouble configuring the third stop/pause button.
This is the only thing I have a problem with....
The open and close times work fine even locally from the buttons.

Has anyone embraced such 3 button touch controllers?
Debugging "all GPIOs" does not detect the touch of the missing button. Any ideas/guidance for a beginner? :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing issues with a Tuya WiFi roller shutter controller, specifically regarding the calibration process where the maximum opening point shifts unexpectedly. The user suspects that the problem may stem from having only one time setting in the Tuya app, which may not accommodate the need for separate commands for opening and closing the shutter. The user seeks advice on whether there are settings within the Tuya app or if custom firmware could resolve this issue.
