There is no wiring diagram on the back of it?

Not really. You connect the power supply from the left, then the next two you have the relay output - it only cuts off the L and the S is the terminals for the switch. Buy a dedicated one for roller shutters. There are some: Added after 53 : They don't have one.The diagram is on a leaflet in the box.
