I would like to use the Sonoff Basic R2 for a bit different work than smart home. In general, I would like to control the temperature of my wine vat, i.e. the software would have to indicate a temperature range of e.g. 12-13°C and only operate within this range. I am wondering how best to connect this. I use a Cornelius Concord 1/5 HP refrigerator for cooling. So in the output I would have to have a cable to which I connect the refrigerator, but I wonder which cable to choose the right 2-pole or is it possible to install a 3-pole, help how you can set up such a process, thanks in advance
