I do not receive presence values from theben thePrema S360 KNX sensor in normal mode

Hello, I have a problem with the presence sensor Theben thePrema S360 KNX.
I am not able (in normal mode) to get values about presence, lighting activation, only the brightness measurement works well. I add that in test mode everything works ok.
The device is set in motion detection measurement mode without taking brightness into account.

I tried:
- update device application to latest version
- change device flags transmit, read, write, update
- reset device and full programming from scratch

I would go through test mode because I can run it for 60 min but the device flashes red.
