Hi, I was desoldering the chip when 2 SMD capacitors (C12 & C11) were accidentally removed.

Could anyone identify them so I could get the correct replacements?
Circuit board with missing SMD capacitors labeled C12 and C11. Circuit board with missing SMD capacitors C12 and C11.

Are they between VDD (3.3V) and GND? Or where are they connected?

I replaced C12 & C11 with the same size SMD capacitor salvaged from another PCB, and openbk now boots up normally.
All working except I can't trigger relay 3 with button 3 (bottom left). I think I might need to get the correct SMD capacitor for C11

Yes, but where are they? If they are on VDD, then they are really, really non-critical. Those are just decoupling caps. I'd put a 100nF and 10uF there to be sure, but really any similar values would do great. If you are worried about power supply, then you can enable PowerSave on OBK.

Which GPIO line controls relay 3 and button 3? Can you toggle relay 3 via Web app?

OBK buttons are working without capacitors, debouncing is done in firmware.
