Please provide some specifics, describe what platform the problem is with, what sensor it is, etc. It's hard to deduce anything and advise from a photo alone.

It looks as if the reading is outside the measured range (Low Level?) In other places including outside it indicates some values?

Yes outdoors it indicates fine only in the room the humidity does not measure.
