Hi. I recently bought a Windy Weather Station MTO 100B with one external sensor. I don't know why the external sensor shows a different temperature than it actually is. E.g. on my phone it shows me that the temperature is -3 degrees and the weather station shows that it is 0 degrees outside and will not go lower. I have read in the reviews that it works for everyone without any problems. I live in a block of flats on the second floor and the outside sensor is fixed to the wall. I may have set the sensor wrong. Nowhere in the instructions did it say how to set up or calibrate the sensor. Thank you in advance for your answers.
