With a PV installation when there is sunshine and no one to connect the devices I would like to charge in:

point A: powerbank, laptop, mobile phone, soon a bicycle
    and in
point B an electric scooter with a Li-Ion 32 Ah/62 V battery (8A charger which gives an energy consumption of approx 1600-1800 W)

A and B are about 20-30 metres apart.

    Essential functions:
1 memory of settings after power loss
2 return to last state after event as in point 1 after power loss or loss and return of wi-fi signal
3 good wi-fi router, e.g. mikrotik (some brand supposedly has one)
    4 a timer
5 monitoring of instantaneous energy consumption, control via an app of several such sockets
6 direct wi-fi connection to the router

    WANTED:
7 good google tyres as to the application
8 Gosund has an option related to energy consumption, if some there set limit is exceeded it will perform some action

I have found several companies: Settki, Hama, Gosund, Nous, LDNIO, Model and a huge !

What do you recommend and what else to look out for ?

Gosound SP111 remembers the state (on/off) and restores it when power returns.
PF161 - the only model designation, no brand - has the option of setting the relay state in the settings directly. Just a note, I'm using the ZigBEE version and can only hope it's the same in the WiFi version.

Gosound SP111 and PF161 have such options.

I have not observed such behaviour in ZigBee devices in use. I think that a momentary loss of communication should not even cause a spontaneous reboot.

Maybe in addition to the smart home socket you would be interested in smart home relays? You then have NC and NO outputs.

    Thanks

I didn't write about the relationship of communication loss > restart... although this is also a possible and undesirable scenario.
I will correct point 2 in a moment so that it is unambiguous.

With regard to relays, I would prefer a quick and tool-free possibility of placing a socket in any contact.
