Gosund SP111 socket bought about 2 weeks ago. During this time it has already managed to disassemble itself twice.
I don't know what could be the reason, I have a fairly modern electrical system and it was plugged into my laptop at the time.
I have dug through the net and this forum and have not found anyone else having this problem ;-(

It may just have a mechanical button problem. Replace it.

At this point I detected a correlation between the Zelmer hoover and my Gosund. If the children vacuumed and plugged even into the socket next to it, it happened very often that it would melt. I don't fathom this correlation because nothing happens with plugs, but when I had the Gosund removed from the socket while vacuuming it solved the problem.
Maybe that will tell you something.

Interesting information. That is, interference from motor operation. Maybe the anti-interference capacitor in the hoovers has lost its parameters, or maybe the "smart" socket is made without proper protection against electrical interference.

I would bet on the Gosund being poorly interference resistant, but the Zelmer is also about 7 years old. In any case I haven't noticed that the Zelmer is terribly shrill over speakers, TVs or similar devices, and it's a Polish-made series that should still hold Polish standards.
