Virtually any weather station with WiFi should meet your needs. Once you have downloaded a package of measurement data from the station, virtually everything else is up to you and how you want to process and archive it. For example, the readily available Bresser weatherman or Froggit WH3000 make data available via WiFi, which you can archive, use in a weather app or data sheet. Those indicated, in addition to the functions you require, also have a hygrometer, and a clock with alarm/alarm functions, among others.
You can also successfully use the components of a weather station with data transmitted via WiFi to control home automation, for example to close windows or shutters (when cold) or automatically close roof windows (when it rains). For example, the popular TUYA Smart/Smart Life also supports weather data. In this case, the purchase of a separate weather station will actually be unnecessary, as it will be sufficient to purchase only a selection of measurement sensors (thermometer, hygrometer, wind meter or barometer) that transmit the data to TUYA (or a similar application). The role of "weather station" in this case will be played by a smartphone or computer. You will be able to access the data anytime and anywhere, even when you are away from home.
