How to control an air damper (ducted) from a smartphone or HA?

    I have a question about the control of an air damper like the one in the link:

    I was thinking of this 220V in order not to combine with additional power supplies, although I don't rule it out.

    The most important thing for me, however, would be to control something like this from a smartphone or HA and the question is whether anyone knows any solution that could control it or how to do such a thing.

    How to do such a thing ? are there any ready-made controllers ?

    If you have wifi nearby it can be done on a sonoff with a 230V relay.

    Just which sonoffi are you talking about?
    I know that applying voltages 12 and 31 changes the state of the throttle... but I would not like a situation where I have two sonoffs - one plugged in under open and the other under close so that the two do not apply voltage at the same time. I would definitely prefer it to be isolated OR.

    Not two sonoffs but the state of sonoff 1-0 has to be converted on the relay to supply 12 31.
    This means 1 supplied all the time and the relay lets go on 2 or 3.
