Hello, I am unable to flash one of the module. The same module has been flashed without problem.
I tried Erase, different speed etc...
What else can I try before I throw it in the trash?

Can you show a photo of PCB with the module? Maybe something is connected to TX1/RX1?

Do you have other UART to USB converter to try?

Can you show a photo of your flashing setup?

I am not sure if it was the reason, I cut the RX TX paths and then I was successful after a lot of attempts. Now I am able to flash OBK with connected paths again. On the first module I can flash firmware without breaking the paths.

    I use only USB-UART converter.

This is TuyaMCU device. The MCU may be either sleeping or awaken, trying to communicate with the WiFi module. Trying to flash that kind of device without cutting UART1 connection may give unpredictable results.

thanks for explanation. maybe the first module was successfully flashed with lucky, the second not. The both modules are ok.
