Good morning, please help me to solve the problem.

I am looking for a device (something like a smart socket) that when a connected device runs for more than e.g. 5 minutes it disconnects the power.

Specifically, I'm looking for this kind of additional dry-running protection for the pump in situations where the standard dry-running pressure protection won't work. That is, if the pump is switched on, it will usually run for up to about 1 minute. That is, the socket should control how long the device draws current. If it exceeds the limit (e.g. 3 minutes) then disconnect the power until the user intervenes. The number of duty cycles under the 3 minute limit is infinite until the socket is switched off because the limit has been exceeded once.

I would very much appreciate your help in finding preferably an off-the-shelf solution - maybe some socket on Tasmota ?

And why doesn't the typical dry-run protection work? Is it so "just in case"?

Pressure protectors operate on pressure drops below 0.6 bar. The pump switches on at 1 bar.
Anyway, at the moment I am specifically referring to a device that cuts off the current when the time limit for the pump to run once is exceeded. That is, if it runs continuously for more than 3 minutes then turn the power off.
