How to Delay Bathroom Fan Activation by 4 Minutes After Light On Using Smart Controller

I installed a smart controller in the bathroom light socket and at the fan, I wanted to set in the scene a delayed start of the fan when the light is switched on, so that the fan only turns on after 4 minutes when the light is switched on and turns off after 5 minutes when the light is switched off
I made two scenes:
if - light on Then - execute a delay of 4min and fan on
if - light off Then - execute delay 5min and fan off
the problem is that if the light is on for one minute, the scene starts the fan anyway, I don't know how to solve this so that if the light is on for up to 3.59min the fan doesn't turn on
maybe someone has an idea how to solve this?
