I have a Chinese EARU energy meter/fuse under tuya/zigbee. So far it has worked perfectly, unfortunately yesterday it stopped recording energy consumption data.
The readings are normal, everything can be seen "live", but already the daily consumption by hour has stopped working, it shows zero.
I have tried adding and removing it from the app, including deleting the whole gateway and reinstalling - nothing helps. The other device, the socket, logs data normally, you can see the 'daily' consumption.
Is there any option to reset it somehow? Remove and add as a new device? When I delete, and add, there is the old data....
I have the impression that it's a problem with the app or the TUYA servers....
