Charge Cable equation

Hi, I am working with a Taiwan company to make a charge cable for tablets. I have been trying to get specs for the cable for a while but they are slow to respond but finally they sent me this equation but I don't understand it. Can someone tell me what each part means?
 
1.      Here is the specification for 2M cable with LED
30AWG(19/0.05TC+250D)*1P+22AWG(46/0.10TC+250D)*1C+AL/MY+D.W(16/0.10TC+250D)*3C+Braid

I think every cable outfit has its own lingo, but here's my guess, based on some experience with domestic and offshore cable makers. I presume you know that "AWG" is wire gauge.

It looks like the "+" separates items, and the "*" indicates quantity, like a multiply sign.

30AWG(19/0.05TC+250D)*1P = 1 pair ("1P") of 30AWG wires, each of 19 strands of .05 diam wire ("0.05TC"), with 250(mils?) insulation. Unknown dimensions.

22AWG(46/0.10TC+250D)*1C = 1 conductor ("1C") of 22AWG wire, made of 22 strands of 0.1 diam ("0.1TC"), again with 250 insulation.

AL/MY = aluminized mylar wrapping

D.W(16/0.10TC+250D)*3C = 3 conductors of some kind of wire with 16 strands, as above.

Hope this gives you some clues, and doesn't lead you astray.

That's what it looks like to me. Plus the outer braid (shield, probably) of course.

It really helps to have a telephone conversation to clarify things, and/or engineering drawings, if they're responsive.
