How to connections and set (Eliwell ic 901 ntc ) digital thermostat

I buyed eliwell digital thermostat yesterday and i read user manual but i dont under stand any thing 

can any one help me to  connections and set this thing i will attach his photo and user manual photo

I don't know if you would under but here's the thing. From the legends showed in the last image,
1 - 2 N.C. regulator relay output
1 - 3 N.O. regulator relay output
6 - 7 Power supply
8 - 9 Sensor input
A TTL input for Copy Card

The numbers corresponds to the pin numbers. That is what you would follow, N.C is normally close, and N.O is normally open. The important thing here is the power is connected to the pin 6 - 7. One is for the supply and the other ground. It is important to understand the diagram. Its better to consult an electrician to connect them if your not sure.

thanks i understand but how i set it on 38 Celsius ??

There is an instruction in the manual how you could do the programming/setting of the et points:

To enter the “Programming” menu, press the “SET” key for more than 5 seconds. If specified, the access PASSWORD will be requested, (parameter “PA1”), and the label of the first folder will follow. To scroll through the other folders, use the “UP” and “DOWN” keys. To enter the folder, press “SET”. The label of the first visible parameter appears. To scroll through the other parameters, use the “UP” and “DOWN” keys. To change the parameter, press and release “SET” then set the desired value with the “UP” and “DOWN” keys, and confirm with the “SET” key, to move to the next parameter.
