sir,

yesterday i have gone to market for buying PCB cleaner which is used prior to soldering

they have given me the liquid attached in the image file

it's Specification is: P

so please sir help me finding what is it?????????????

i guess it is Petrol

but i am not sure

so clarify my confusion

It may be (iso) propyl alcohol, which is a common cleaning solvent, but with the scant information supplied, hard to give a definitive answer.
If the pads are bare copper, they may have oxidized, in which case a mild abrasive cleaner on a cloth would remove it,

One occurrence is the accumulation of dirt in or around PCB. Gently using a small brush can remove dirt without affecting the components. Compressed air can reach many areas but may damage vital connections, so it should be used with extreme care.
Specially designed vacuum cleaners cannot reach everywhere.

Looks like alcohol (the solution does not contain ions - i think 100%?).

Don't drink though!

I'm guessing you also have an ultrasonic cleaner and some Quickfix eh?

Yes, it looks like Iso-Propyl alcohol (IPA) which is used universally for cleaning the PCB. If it is something else then you should use Iso-Propyl alcohol for PCB cleaning but make sure to wait till it evaporates.
