Shane - it certainly looks pretty proprietary and wouldn't be easy to find. I'm assuming you need to find a mating plug for it?Have you approached the manufacturer of the heater? They may be able to sell you a plug (first prize) but if not they should be able to tell you what kind of plug you need and who makes it.If you're in dire straits you may be able to make one up (or have one made). Find some socket inserts that fit the pins on your heater, find a cylindrical insulator that fits the socket, and drill holes for the inserts, extended with smaller holes for the wires. Seal the wires at the top with silicone sealer or epoxy resin so they don't move, and glue some locating ridges on the outside of the plug. It'd be a lot of work but it would work.If it's something that will never need to be unplugged, you could solder wires to those pins, or as above use socket inserts that fit the pins, and fill the hole up with silicone or Epoxy. You could even put a more readily obtainable plug and socket on thlat cable so that it could be unplugged.Good luck with it...
