Tuya smart socket with weekly and annual scheduling - does one exist?

Has anyone encountered anything like this - I need a smart (app-controlled) socket (preferably Tuya-controlled) with weekly and yearly scheduling (e.g. switch on every Wednesday at 4 p.m. and additionally switch on e.g. 3 October at 1 p.m. - regardless of which day of the week the 3 October falls on). The weekly control of the tuya is taken care of by a simple Wifi socket, but the annual control is not. Or maybe I don't know how to set it up. Control via Domoticz, Home Assistant etc.... is out.

But it's almost every one that has this option. You make a scene tab. You switch to automation and there you have the option of e.g. monthly or yearly in addition to the standard weekly programmer. Only the socket must have Wi fi at all times.
