Hello, Gentlemen, in general a continuation of the topic of roller shutters and settings with Sonoff well, but I am writing a different topic because it concerns a different problem.
I have 6 roller shutters and in each box is a Sonoff Dual R3.
For the last hour I have had a problem with one of them, in the Ewelink app there is still the status DISCONNECTED, I have not done anything, the internet and electricity are still there, nothing has changed.
I have tried resetting the app, the router and it does nothing, still OFFLINE.
The fact is that this is the furthest point from the router, but so far there has been no problem...
Or maybe it's not a matter of range but some kind of address pool in the router? Maybe I need to set the device a fixed IP or something like that?
