How do I turn on the Toshiba 43UA2363DG when Windows 11 starts up using Reptil R01IR?

Hello everyone, I have a question about the Reptila R01IR Smart IR Remote. I actually bought this remote for one reason only: to get rid of the remotes on my table, and specifically so that it could switch on the TV (which I use as a monitor) when Windows 11 starts up. The TV is a Toshiba 43UA2363DG 4K Ultra HD. I’ve pretty much tried everything: I’ve downloaded the codes, added them to autostart, and pasted the codes into Python – nothing works, though it works perfectly on my phone. If anyone has had a similar problem and solved it, please could you give me some tips? Many thanks for any specific answers.

Have you ever thought about having your computer send CEC codes to the monitor?

I’m not quite sure what codes you’re referring to here; could you please explain a bit more?
