If I'm not mistaken, the adjustment should be on under the plastic housing, on the right or left side, there should be two holes for adjustment, e.g. with a screwdriver or special key.

    Hello.
After all, you can see from the picture that these are not knobs but switches "0" "I" .

You are right. I didn't enlarge the photo that's why I didn't notice them.
Have you checked how the roller shutter will behave when you switch the switches to position "0", then lower it to the lower position and switch the switch marked with the down arrow to position "1", repeat this operation after raising it.
    It can't hurt to check.

    Hello.
    I have solved the topic.
Maybe it will be useful to someone.
1.Put the roller shutter in the middle position.
2.Set the switches to position "0"
3.Lower the roller blind down to the desired closing position.
4.Turn the bottom switch to position "1"
5.Raise the roller blind up to the desired position.
6.Change the setting of the upper switch to position "1"
    7.Check correct operation.
