    Hi,
I have fitted an Aluprof DM35R-10/17 drive to an external roller shutter, but I think I have set the limit switches incorrectly. There are standard two screws on the drive to set the limit switches. I set the upper position and indeed the drive stops itself. However, when I lower the blind, despite trying to turn this special screwdriver in both directions, I have not been able to find where the drive stops. I have even unhooked the blind and turned on the lowering switch, I can hold it all the way down and the drive spins all the time. What am I doing wrong? Is it possible that I have set the lower limit switch for the upper position and hence the lower position is not detected at all?

I don't know how you adjusted, so here's a hint - the arrow next to the screw indicates the direction of rotation of the shaft, not the movement of the armouring. Depending on the type of roller shutter, the armour can move in the opposite direction (depending on which side it winds up on the shaft).

You could have broken the adjustment by not adjusting it correctly.

I thought of that too, so let him embrace the directions first, then something may become clearer.
