Control of ventilation, cooker and video intercom with one touch panel

I need help, I am at the stage of building a house and I want to have mechanical ventilation, gas cooker etc.. I would like it to be possible to operate one panel: ventilation, cooker and video intercom etc. I have a question if you know if it is possible to buy such a ready-made set somewhere and how to connect it? I live in a block of flats and my flat has mechanical ventilation combined with heating, which is operated by a touch panel to which a video intercom is connected. On this panel I can set the temperature in the rooms, control the strength of blowing, view the image from cameras, as well as check the temperature outside, open the door to the staircase, etc., I want to assemble something like this in my house so that one panel would control all devices, please help, greetings.

And what kind of panel do you have now?
Do you realise that, firstly, this is not a cheap thing to do and, secondly, it's not like you can take any components, put them together and it will work?
These have to be matched devices already at the design stage and as I mentioned - it won't be cheap.
